Our LOSSteam is comprised of volunteers who believe wholeheartedly in the power of immediate crisis support in the aftermath of a suicide death. The volunteers who go on scene are required to be suicide loss survivors themselves. There are also functions within the team that can be fulfilled by volunteers who are not loss survivors, and their involvement is very important to the team’s success. If you are a loss survivor and/or feel strongly about postvention as prevention, please consider a volunteer role with LOSSteam MetroWest.
